Front desk was friendly and courteous
Clean, charming, helpful staff.
First floor rooms are not recommended. Second floor rooms and higher are secured by room keys only to activate elevator. Rooms in the front of the hotel are more quiet. Rooms in the back are extremely noisy. I had to listen to sirens and back fire muffler

Cons -

It took 3 room tryÂ¿s before finding a suitable room with the 4th room. Room 1 had a clogged bathroom sink room 2 was not made up and had a window open room 3 had no heat finally room 4 worked. A lot of back and forth. Hotel manager never called me.
Only downside was the somewhat clunky/loud HVAC unit. Not a big issue.
