I’ve stayed here many times and it has always been great. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is great. The breakfast is pretty decent as well. Can’t complain about free

During my most recent visit, they were doing renovations on the 2nd floor (I was on the 3rd floor), and the noise was ridiculous. Out of the 6 times I’ve stayed here, it’s the first and only complaint I’ve ever had.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms and breakfast area were clean and comfortable.

Everything was damp; it was a very humid week in July but the air conditioner actually made the problem worse. Everything was damp, even the carpet. We asked to change rooms and the second room still had the same problem. The staff was understanding.

The workout room and breakfast were good.

The room smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke. Also, the carpeting was damp. I would not call this an "excellent" hotel.

One of the nicest hotels I¿ve stayed in. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean and spacious. After driving 10 hours it felt good to relax. TV selection was good and bed was very comfortable. Having a hot buffet breakfast was a plus.

Noise from freeway traffic, barking dog in hallway at 12am , 3:00 am, loud plumbing and loud banging in walls. Window leaked water into the heater/ac . Inadequate parking due to repaving. Carpet cleaning in our room during our stay, limiting access.

This hotel was the cleanest I've ever seen! 10/10 reccomend. Our kids and I also loved the SALT WATER pool, and I loved that it was only 5 feet deep. The only thing that could have made it better was a hotub.

The area it was located was wonky to get to some shopping, but getting in the freeway was fine.

Lack of addressing noisy guests who sat outside the front door of the hotel for five hours, until 2:30 in the morning. No intervention by hotel staff. Very disruptive! Also did not have the room that we reserved (king) instead had two queens.

bedframe squeaked every move waking partner. Seal on door made scratching noise on floor, waking everyone in the room and possibly the hall. AC rattled like crazy. Bed hard, pillows worn out, terrible night sleep after busy day moving daughter.

I loved how the staff helped keep noise levels to a minimum and were always available to help.

I did not realize the hotel continued a covid cleaning policy, so I did not enjoy the clutter in the room nor the towels on the floors.

I missed my flight due to bad weather and the flight being cancelled. I had to take a flight the next day. I asked the hotel for a refund for the first day since I was not going to make it and they declined.

Very convenient location. Room was clean.

Room very small with hard mattresses and thin pillows. The breakfast didn¿t look very good and we skipped it to buy food elsewhere.

Our room did not has a refrigerator and microwave which is essential for a hotel of this class. We were told double beds room has no space for those things (!?). It was very inconvenient to do without refrigerator and microwave for 4 night.
