Needs an elevator. Never tried the breakfast which ended to early

There were about 20 dead bugs in the bathroom when we checked in. Because we got in at 2:30am we just cleaned them up and went to bed. The next day we discovered six more "roley pokey" little bugs crawling across the floor and requested to move upstairs

In a good location. Staff was great, food was good, rooms were clean, pool was clean, over all verry good.

Clean, nice beds and pillows, tall shower head, friendly people and good hot breakfast. Also in a nice location it is only 35 minutes from the airport.

The bed spring was poking out on the left edge side of the bed. The hallway smelled like weed. We were on the second floor and had to carry up our luggage up the stairs due to no elevator in the hotel

I have stayed at this hotel a lot over the last two years for business trips as my office is located in Grafton, WI. It is a decent place to stay for the price; could use some upgrades & remodeling done as it is seeing it's age.

Staff are pleasent but not overly nice . . . seem overworked and tired. Mistakes are made between the team; we had a 3-night stay booked in January and our second morning, we had an staff member open our door. She thought we checked out.

The room was very large and it was clean.

Someone was having a large children's pool party, which made it impossible for us to swim in peace. There was nowhere to set down our dry towels since the party took up all the chairs and tables. Also, the bed was too soft for me.

It was clean and near the highway.

The internet was broken. It worked sporadically but not enough to stream Netflix. The fan on the heater was loud.

Great customer service, good breakfast buffet, and clean room.

Could not get hot water to come out of the shower

How clean and quiet it was. Breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were also very relaxing. My whole family was very happy we stayed at this hotel and will be back again in the future.

Everything was very good- no complaints

I booked this hotel specifically planning a long weekend of relaxing in a hot spa with the family. The spa was like warm on our first night and COLD the following 2 days. Staff was not helpful and did not try to fix it. Very disappointing.

The Hotel Room Was HUGE ! The staff was very accomadating . They booked my room on the top floor and they have no elevator. They changed my room within minutes to a first floor room . The Staff was wonderful adding a needed day stay.

The neighbor in the room next to me had a dog that woke me up at 6 am with his barking.

Some of the hot breakfast food was barely warm and may have been sitting to long. The skim milk provided one day was a bit sour and should have been disposed of.

The room we had was very spacious and open with all the amenities.

Room coffee was terrible. Need to get a better supplier.

We have family in WI, so we stay in this hotel at least once a year for the past 7 years. The staff is extremely nice. The owner is fabulous. We had a minor issue with our room and owner comped our stay. We are also satisfied staying there.

This wasn't an easy weekend stay for my family. We were in town for a funeral & 2 out of 3 of us visited the ER instead of the funeral service. The staff was excellent. We require extra attention & received great service- Stay here!
