Friendly staff, clean rooms, 24/7 hot drinks available with good quality tea, hot breakfast, everything was clean

Room is spacious, comfortable and clean.

The hotel is nice. Complimentary breakfast is average. We were there with a group of teen girl athletes and families. I went looking for a banana and a good cup of coffee. Got neither. This would not be a reason to not come back. I would stay again.

The air conditioner stopped working at 4am Started making terrible noises Took me a minute to figure out how to turn it off With no A/C it became very warm in the room & did not get the sleep I needed. I told management about it the morning room 216

It was probably the quietest hotel we¿ve stayed in. We had to dogs that probably would have barked had there been loud noises, such as doors slamming or guests returning late night. Maybe there weren¿t many guests staying there?

Very clean hotel. Great amenities and staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it

Cleanliness and staff attention.

Would have preferred a shower stall instead of a tub with shower. I have no restrictions and am physically active and slipped slightly getting out of the tub.

Room was nice, big, comfortable & clean.

No kleenex in room, TV/cable didn't work & the alarm was set, not by me & started going off at 6am.

Clean, breakfast provided and coffe/tea throughout the day

The hotel really has sound travel. You could hear outside, hallway and above.

The location was perfect.

All o could say is that they need a friendly person in the breakfast room we witness a very rude staff member telling a costume that she could not take a plate of food for her husband upstairs too the room the lady was ashamed.

Great experience, rooms very clean, Staff super friendly and very accommodating. we will definitely be returning to this one.

Requested early check in for wedding that had shuttle running to and from hotel. Wedding was at 4 and they wouldnt allow guests to check in prior to 3pm. Made it very hectic for wedding guests and those in wedding party

Hotel is brand new. Our room was very clean and quiet; no need for the ear plugs that the hotel provided. Hotel is also very conveniently located in downtown Hartford.

Buffet breakfast was average at best. We chose to eat in a local restaurant.

The hotel is new

They have a major humidity issue in the building. Have dehumidifiers in hallways and guest rooms. Ordered appetizers from room service. They brought two but had to go back for the third.

The hotel was modern and very clean. I didn't get a chance to have the breakfast.

The hotel staff is great as well as the restaurant staff.the hotel room's are always spotless everytime ive stayed there.
