Rooms are very nice, comfy and clean.

Checkin felt rushed, I was never told during our 2-night stay that I had to request room cleaning so our trash, beds or towels were changed out or made. Staff were short tempered and a little curt with guests.

It was clean. Breakfast was good.

Stayed 2 nights. The morning after the 1st night the maid asked if we were leaving. I said no. She asked if we needed anything and I told her a couple of towels. When we returned, the bed wasn't made and no clean towels-still on floor.

Rooms are nice. Location, pool, free breakfast.

The updates & new remodeling is fantastic! Pool was warm and very clean/friendly. Fresh coffee, tea, breakfast was hot & readily available.

Room - had mold growing on the shower head; needs replacing. Shower/tub didn't drain properly, needed to be snaked and uncloggled. When I explained this to the front desk, they blew me off. Also staff are parking within 10 feet of the door.

It was clean, It was easy to access, but somewhat far from my intended location of activity. The Village of Grafton is thriving and a good mix of business, hotels/motels, etc.

It was bland. Nothing to rave home about, but the breakfast was good.

Extremely helpful employees even though I know the are understaffed. The pool was GREAT! Not cold at all and a nice size. A quality breakfast that was hot, plentiful and tasty.

No restaurant.We had a towel with fresh blood on it, and it was only discovered AFTER use. So gross. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Breakfast had lots of options to-go with a large open dining area for eat-in as well (which we did).

We were offered a noise maker to minimize highway sounds which worked fine. However, our room was second floor, above the main entrance. In the middle of the night through the morning, the room reeked of cigarette smoke-too late to change rooms at 3am.

The cleanliness and rooms were comfortable.Staff was always willing to answer questions, make available items for breakfast that were out.

The room faced the expressway. I wish I would have known that. It was loud for sleeping.

We were in from Utah & got to the hotel early. I asked if our room was ready & the front desk clerk was not happy we were there early. We had a wedding and had to leave by 3:45. If we had got there at 3, it would have been very hard to shower and go.

Staff very friendly. Rooms were spotless and they seal the room with a tape/sticker across the door and jamb so you know it was disinfected. That's a nice touch. The hotel is located near a retail area and just off the freeway.

Breakfast bar was satisfactory. Eggs are powdered. Sausage links are very low quality. The door to the pool was broken so they just closed the pool instead of propping the door open for guests.

The room and hotel in general was very clean and new.

The breakfast was the worst complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever had.

We had a bad thing with one of the cleaning crew. We were watching our Grand Daughter opening her wedding presents in the empty breakfast room. A cleaning person said "I need to clean this room, you have 5 minutes to get out! We had ask permission.
