- Very professional service and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent!
- The bed was excellent! The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly! I had a great experience no matter what part of the hotel I was in!

- The bed was absolutely hard, was like laying on the floor. Tried both and both were about the same firmness. Also getting ahold of the front desk was impossible as the phone was not connected to the jack, called from my cellphone and noooooo answer.
- No one was at the front desk at check out. We had questions but no one around to help
