Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Durand

The Bed is comfortable

They only gave me a 1 bar soap and the hair conditioner almost empty

The rooms were very clean, mattress very comfortable! It was quiet at night and the ac worked great! Liked the area in the lobby for playing cards and having breakfast. Overall, I would rate the Cobblestone a 10 !!

I think they should state or let you know when you call that there a 2 floors and no elevator is available....we were able to manage being on the second floor but not all older guests would be able to manage those stairs!

The room and facility was extremely clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I am in Durand, WI.

staff was friendly very clean and easy to find

Location was most important for us. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good.

Did not see much of the staff. Maybe this was covid related.

It was smaller so it seemed quiet.

Mattresses too firm and some problems with room keys.

Location, clean, up to date design

It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very helpful

Breakfast left something to be desired. Coffee was pretty darn good, though.

Location was most important. Also it's a fairly new hotel, small, and convenient.

Well, due to the virus the amenities were limited. Coffee service was about it. The staff was not wearing face masks.

Great location to my family

Little run down. They need to concentrate on minor maintenance I/e grout on floors and walls and Sheetrock below shower head

Clean hotel and good staff.

I have stayed there several times before, this time the entry cards did not work properly and had to ask the front desk to open the door for me. I think this entry looks need an upgrade.

Location. Attending a family wedding in town.

Noticed an odd smell as soon as we were in the hallway of the floor we were staying on. The room had a musty smell as well. Our room was part of an adjoining room. Paper thin walls so we could hear the people in the next room.

Very quiet, no traffic noise provided a good night sleep. Breakfast was excellent.

location. price. cleanliness.

early morning hedge trimming very loud.

CLEAN ROOM! Quality mattress, secure, quiet building. No frills such as pools and hot tubs, so no kids running up and down halls, slamming doors, etc.

We never did get a key card that worked for our room. Tried 3 or 4 sets and none worked. Staff had to let us in every time. Very small breakfast area.

Cleanliness

Seemed like there were more openings when we were told it was the last room. Price was cheaper after for other rooms available when it appeared it was the last one.

Continental breakfast is served beginning at 7:00 am. We needed to leave at 6:40. Cody had breakfast ready for several guests ahead of time. Great staff.

Nice breakfast. Clean. Well decorated.

Comfortable beds and very quiet. The room was clean and bright.

The breakfast left much to be desired. We knew we ate, but there was no satisfaction in the food.
