Staff, Luke was fabulous. There was bad weather and he called to reassure us that everything would be fine. That he had flashlights and back up generator and bottled water. He was so so nice. He called make sure that everyone was safe and not scared

Bed was too soft, the pillow cases were still like they were starched

Lightbulb flickering in bathroom, tack straps sticking up near the hot tub (my husband cut his foot), TV would not work in the room.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Good price. Accommodated me for slightly early check-in. Room coffee was excellent. I had to be on the road early so I did not partake of the breakfast.

We were very happy that we were only charged for 1 room when we had a family emergency and 2 of us were not able to travel. We know you didn't have to do that. We appreciate it and thank you!!

I modified my reservation from 2 hotel rooms to 1 and instead both were cancelled. My 18-year-old son was told upon check in that there were no rooms available. It was late at night and he was 4 hours from home. I am extremely upset by this.

toilet was not good took long to flush many times to empty toilet ocould not use a lot of toilet paper egggs were not good at breakfast powdered

No pool, no hot tub, the spa bath tub sucked, and breakfast could use more choices.

I know I'm dumb with electronics but you couldn't change channels,

They were able to accomodate my need to be on the first floor.

Parking was easy, rooms were the cleanest I have ever been in, and food was good. Bar area was nice, as well, even if small.

I enjoyed everything about my stay!

Breakfast was above and beyond. There was a large variety of cold foods and hot foods. Everything was fresh and the eating areas were clean and welcoming.

Good hot breakfast, snack and necesities room. Excersize area and room was well supplied. Attentive staff.

Price was steep compared to 5 other hotels that I stayed at this week. This hotel was second to the highest price, $50 more than the average.

Fantastic value - spotless room and very friendly staff - Lori was so very nice and friendly. Love the laundry room access and bar area that converts into breakfast bar

Clean and easy layout

Our bathtub/shower combo was not easy to use. Not sure how to use the shower head as there was no information in the bathroom or a lever to use to switch the water from the tap to the shower head. Also, when trying I noticed the water was backing up in the tub and took a long time to drain.
