Hampton Inn Burlington

Location can't be beat.

I've stayed here several times over the years but wont be back.Housekeeping IGNORED my do not disturb sign.This is such a breach of guest privacy and very upsetting.We were not due to check out that day either. No reason for them to ignore the sign.

Convenient location for the event we were attending in Burlington

The room cleanliness was questionable as we found trash (sanitary item) on the chair in the room when we entered. The noise from the nearby train tracks interrupted our sleep.

Small room, small bed

The hotel appeared clean.

The staff was extremely rude over the phone and charged way too much for a room that had a broken heater.

Friendly at checkin and out. Soft sheets and pillows and they were folded to almost the top of the bed, unlike other hotels where you’re practically short sheeted. I melted into the comforter as soon as I laid down.

The room was large and had an air of quality. The bed comforter was thick, white and clean.

Although we could not hear any one else through the walls, we could hear the neighboring room when they were taking a shower in the morning.

Great hotel experience. Bed was perfect between softness and firmness. Great shower and towels. Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good!

Room was pretty small but adequate.

It was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good.

The room given to us was way too small. It was the smallest room I have ever seen in a hotel. On our request they changed it the second day but we could hardly get any sleep on day one with two little kids.

The hotel seemed new and it was very neat.

Easy to access and park. Trains passing by lulled me to sleep.

Disappointed no nondairy milk option available.

The location was good. The Breakfast was available when we left at 9 o’clock.

My initial contact in registering was Linda. She did not smile at all, and began to tell me the hotel was booked solid. I asked for a room close to the elevator, and she put me in the middle of one of the hallways. That was no problem.

Only real hotel in area

Mattress was in the shape of a canoe. Heard person walking above us late at night and early in morning.

The facility was conveniently located and had plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable…every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot!
