The room set up was super cool! I loved the little kitchen area and the pull out sofa.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had a room in a different building so it wasn’t connected to the main lobby. It was very cold outside and we have a baby so walking from our building to the main lobby was something I didn’t really care for but in general it’s not a big deal.

The breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and inviting. Love the popcorn and cookies.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like. I have no complaints.

The location was great. It had very accessible parking in a safe neighborhood. I felt safe with the security measures in place, illuminated exterior and close parking. There were a lot of commercial businesses and restaurants nearby for easy access. Even though this place is reserved larger groups of people and families, the noise level was low. All the staff were especially respectful and friendly. It’s wonderful to see a welcoming, friendly face when I check in and out. This was a great value for the space. It accommodated both adults and children well. There were desks, charging stations and electrical outlets everywhere for easy use. The WiFi was strong and secure. The kitchen was well equipped and fully functional for our needs. We loved the modular sofa couch. More modular furniture would be welcomed in the future. The complimentary beverage bar and breakfast spread was excellent. There were healthy choices and it well stocked. The employees were quick, efficient and accommodating.

More maintenance is required. The suite could use some touch ups and updates. There were signs of vandalism done to our suite. 1: Issue: There were permanent stains on the bathroom tub, speckles on the walls/ceilings and imperfections/wear on the mirror. 2: Problem: the tub drain seemed partially clogged. 3: Ineffective: the HVAC system was inefficient-there were cold spots and hot spots. 4: Problems: Continual rust on fixtures and furniture. Signs of condensation from inefficient HVAC/ventilation. 5: Recommendations: add modular furniture like sofa couches or expandable tables/desks. 6: Addition: Please employ more high-level maintenance staff. 7: Solution: Easily, replace all the tubs with walk-in modern showers. Please use a hair catching drain system while you’re at it. 8: Thought: Modify to accommodate children height and handicap/wheel chair level access by lowering the placement of soap dispensers, light switches, mirrors and some furniture. 9: replace TVs with remote control projectors and screens.
