- Was very clean and very friendly staff
- Bathroom wonderful! Super clean, well laid-out, lighting took a minute to figure out, towels thick. Shower carefully planned (no sharp edges, simple design), shelves on walls a plus. Bed was excellent. Air-management easy. Liked the closet area. Food very good. Staff was great!

- Thought bed and shower could be better.
- QR code access to hotel info was hard to access for one of our rooms, and didn't provide much in-house detail once we did get into it. There needs to be a place to put a an opened 2nd piece of luggage other than the floor of the closet. The need to present a pre-paid-for breakfast ticket is cumbersome (it should be managed by room number on a device rather than having to keep track of a ticket - one of which we couldn't find until we got home!).

The cleanliness, the rooms were nice and spacious, and this is the first hotel we have stayed in this year, that actually looked like they took the time to clean. This hotel was very quiet even with the restaurant and bar downstairs. Staff were very friendly. Great stay
