Pros +
- Being on lake superior.
- The lobby decor, deck and sitting area were nice. The breakfast was decent.
- Character of the property, breakfast, and friendly staff.
Cons -
- I expected much more for price, room was dusty, furniture broken and or scratched badly, windows looking out to lake superior were covered in spider webs and dirty. Breakfast was nothing more than what u get at any other mid range hotel. Won't be back.
- The room was not great. The bathroom and vanity area were small and substandard, and the sink was difficult to use because the faucet was way too short. It was definitely not worth the over $300 (with taxes and fees) we paid for one night.
- Restaurant was closed.
