- The only thing good about the hotel was the restaurants in the area
- The front desk staff were great. Very helpful and accommodating.
Cons -
- Location is noisy but not Hotels Fault freeway near by plus mall so to be expected.
- The shower was filthy. The pool was non working. I was told water is to expensive. I was woke up 4 days with people knocking on my door begging for money. The heat did not work.
- My only gripe is due to the fact that the hotel is so short staffed, the rooms only get cleaned when you check out. We were there for a week. We had fresh towels whenever we needed them, but the beds didn¿t get fresh linens until we left.
