Pros +
- The look of it was the only positive about it
- Extremely comfortable beds, quiet, clean. Well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
- Nice rooms, nice remodel
Cons -
- Yes. The room has no heat, they didn?t give us a new room and they gave us a tiny space heater which didn?t warm the room. The shower head didn?t work to shower and they never followed up or through with a refund or talking to a manager.
- Never booking a room here for a Packer Home Game. Did not know the opposing team stays here and all other guests get including us were not very well attended to. They would not allow us to check in even 30 minutes early.
- It was difficult to get the temperature controlled in the room finally we had to just shut the unit off. The city parking ramp is where we have to park and there's a $6 additional fee for parking overnight
