- Quiet, comfortable. Coffee good. Hot water and good water pressure for shower.
Cons -
- The side entrance door did not lock, the ice machine was broken on our floor, the exhaust fan was extremely loud in th bathroom.My girlfriend was ill suffering from food poising and they were very rude and unaccommodating.The woman on the front desk, believe her name began with a "J. "was extremely rude!Took my information for another night, then said I had to book on-line.Ended up getting double billed B. Davis the G. Mgr. gave us a 0 balance the next day, but only to find out that we were double billed on Sat. and still had to pay for both nights.We reached out to her several times, voice mail full, left messages with the front desk and emailed with no reply.Very unprofessional.Booking.com was no help either just a big run-a-round...This is not the kind of service you would expect with a Marriot affiliate.
