Sleep Inn Antigo

Easy to get room booked

Pool needs attention along with mold on windows in the pool area

Room smelt like a wet dog, was given another room it smelt musty, third room they gave us was fine.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast, quiet.

The room air conditioner needs to be cleaned. Fairly strong mold smell.

Hot tub wasn?t working WiFi doesn?t work tv kept shutting off

Clean rooms and breakfast in the morning

Location of the pool area.... have to go thru the breakfast area, which causes wet flooring and risk of slipping.

Leaving in the morning

The manager was extremely rude to me when checking in. She actually told me that she did not have to rent to me, but would let me stay since I already made the reservation but told me not to ever book there again without any explanation at all

Everything is amazing. Clean. Safe and a great breakfast.

Very very clean, smaller hotel so it's quieter, there's fewer people coming and going all the time, and it still has a pool. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff.

Good price. Love the hot tub. Loved the hot sausage in the morning. I saw staff vacuuming and otherwise cleaning the common areas during downtime. Way better ketchup packets than before.

I'd like a bigger room television.

Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. THE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST was really great. Many delicious choices and they changed almost every day.We stayed 5 days and used the pool and hot tub frequently.

Not really, we had a great stay.

This was the worst hotel experience I¿ve ever had. I¿m waiting on confirmation of a refund as we didn¿t even stay more than an hour at this hotel that night.

Everything. We didn¿t like a single thing about this hotel, and it was the worst experience we¿ve ever had. Staff was extremely hostile and rude. Did not even stay an hour.

Clean room, nice breakfast.

No one at the front desk although I could here them, made noise, and they refused to come out. Sign to go out the doors and call then a sign to wait for someone to answer. A sarcastic B came out. Man sat smoking by our window most of time. Hot tub cold.

Remodeled/updated parts/rooms were fantastic. Remodeling is ongoing.

Remodeling is ongoing. Front desk attendant was reluctant to look for/confirm our online reservation at first.

The rooms were really nice I was in a good location in a quiet area the pillows and beds were really comfortable. If it wasn't for the staff I would have given this hotel all good reviews well that and the toilet had poop in it when we checked in.

The staff at the hotel or not very friendly in fact they're really rude. We stayed in the hotel for about a week and one of the front desk ladies asked us if we were homeless in a rude manner. I don't know why this would be any of her concern.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was only fair. For a hot breakfast I expected something more than just got waffles(scrambled eggs in a hot server station would be nice). Milk not cold and no milk in refrigerator. Orange juice was room temperature.

This hotel seems like it has been remodeled recently. It was clean, stylish, comfortable, and we loved the big pool and hot tub (indoor). The breakfast was better than we expected, too. We would definitely stay there again!

The female night manager was super nice and acted fast when I called about a problem.

The room was dirty. I took a rag and cleaned off the surfaces and contacted the front desk to change out sheets. The pool was closed and judging by previous reviews it had been closed for awhile. The hotel also has missing trim, holes in window screen.

I stayed here 2 years ago and it was ok. Since they have remodeled and the decor is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The only problem was that the continental breakfast was lacking. But I believe that is because of covid. Nice place to stay.

Staff was great.

The room smelled of smoke! It was horrible. Dogs were at the room next to me and kept me up into the night.

Part of hotel was newly remodeled. My room was really nice. #221. All new. Was a single queen. Nice lg shower and water pressure and shower head. Off the beaten path of hy 45. FYI. Not called Roadway inn, it is America’s Best now.

Hallway carpeting and staircase could have had a good vacuuming. Hotel name is not roadway inn anymore, it is America’s Best or something like that.
