Very friendly staff and location. Easy to check in after hours.
Cheapest place to stay in town and gets the job done

Cons -

carpet was stained and filthy, air unit was open plywood connection to wall with large gaps to outside with no screen, sliding door would not lock, basically rundown and desperately needing a remodel
Only thing is the bed is too soft.
Breakfast doesn't start until 9 which is way too late for me.

The location was great, a gateway to North Cascades and the little western town was charming.

I did not like the fact that breakfast did not start till 9:00, and everyone came down at the same time into the tiny breakfast area because all wanted to get going.
