Cons -
- We were so pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel! Lovely surroundings and very clean! Staff was superb! The 3 star rating seems too low for this GEM!!
- No free breakfast and expensive buffet with low quality food
- The staff completely failed to give me any assistance with locating 3 pieces of jewelry that I had purchased for my wife and were left in the room when I checked out. I Actually called 3 times and was told sorry There was nothing they could do!

Hotel employee and another gentleman behind the front desk were outstanding. Their Internet was down so they helped me with a presentation that I had to make and printed it out for me.
