Hampton Inn & Suites Portland/Vancouver

It was in a convenient location and had good options in the lobby store. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean enough but it was not as updated as most of the Hamptons we have stayed in. There was a new $10 parking pass fee per night which felt like a money grab. Still overall our stay was pleasant.

I have stayed at Hampton in on Olympia 3 times now. It only favorite in Vancouver. I have stayed at other hotels in Vancouver throughout the years. This one I will keep going back to.

Very nice staff. Up to date and clean.

We found skittles in our room on the floor.. none of us brought skittles so must have been someone before us.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean well maintained and a great location.

The only complaint was that it was a little noisy. The walls were pretty thin, and there when people talked or used there doors it was loud.

The room was a great set up & size. The bed was comfortable everything worked. Super clean shower was amazing the shower head was a little high for me but that’s not anyone’s fault.

Honestly it hit everything we needed and more maybe have a few more options for breakfast but that’s really trying to find something to say

In town for Thanksgiving. Location was perfect at it was near our family. Room was bigger than we thought. Pool n breakfast was a big plus! Friendly staff. Housekeeping was great. We didn't want service but staff still offered to refresh our room.

We traveled with 2 children & 2 teenagers. Didn't find info about any of the local restaurants or entertainment our room. I'm from Vancouver so not a big deal, but it would be helpful for out of town families.

Brand new property, great staff, great location for where I needed to be. I would see this is under valued at 2 1/2, this is a 3 star property!

the staff. everyone was great, especially front desk person. She got my computer working for me. She is excellent at her job and deserves a big raise!

Very nice hotel only a few years old. Rated as a 2.5 star but really this should be a 3 or 3.5 star property. Hotel was extremely nice, very comfortable, and very nice amenities. I almost never give a "10" rating but this hotel definitely gets a 10.

Hard to find anything not to like about this hotel.

new, clean, quality furnishings, staff, breakfast, light dinner. great TV set

room had two queens and only one chair at the desk. Should be able to sit two at least, otherwise the room was a 10.

I believe its a new hotel. They serve not just breakfast but a small dinner menu Monday through Thursday. Close to lots of restaurants. Not far off the freeway, so easy access to Portland airport on the other side of the bridge. Staff very friendly.

New and clean. Very friendly front desk staff. Don't remember his name though. Pool was decent size and indoor for year round use. Wifi worked well.

Both mornings I looked forward to the complimentary breakfast to save me some money and time. However, the only source of protein was eggs and both mornings they were gone...and left empty for at least 15 minutes, before I finally left. Kinda lame.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated the courtesy shuttle service.

Getting into Portland from this hotel using only public transit can be time consuming.

The customer service and hospitality were outstanding!! Every employee we met made a concerted effort to display genuine hospitality. We actually felt like guests! They also have a toy chest of toys to give to children, which was a nice touch.

Location. Wasn't really close to anything, but also wasn't terribly out of the way either.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel was not only very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located but that it was new too! Far exceeded my expectations for a 2.5 star hotel. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

This was one of best experiences I've had at a hotel. The room was larger than I expected, the pool was nice and clean, the gym was surprisingly equipped(they even had free headphones for the cardio machines), and the free breakfast/dinner was great.

Staff was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. Hotel was super clean and great food and coffee.
