Red Lion Inn and Suites Vancouver

It was available and the location.

Lack of staff. No ice bucket. No coffee. Not notified that the pool, hot tub, and sauna were out of service. Unaware of the $150 incidental charge.

The room was clean.

The bed was too hard, room smelled musty, no microwave for guests who are checking out to grab their breakfast and go, pool and sauna were not open.

The breakfast was good

Tha pool was closed and I was not informed till I paid.

Location

The bed was like sleeping on a rock, worst I?ve ever had. The shower didn?t work?only a trickle of water came out.

How close it was to the highway

My room wasnt cleaned or restocked any of the days i stayed. The wifi didnt work and you couldnt stream with the tv. I dont understand why red lions the only place that charges up front and not when you check out. Am not happy.

Toilet was peeling, lamp was broken, room was dark, bad smell

The people hanging out in the parking lot all night drinking and doing drugs making loud noise

Yea didn't have a swimming pool open it didn't have the saunas the jacuzzi nothing was open no laundry no carts tp move stuff in yo the hotel

I was greatly impressed by the kindness of hotel employee the front desk attendant who checked us in. He was more than accommodating, was super friendly and made a stressful day, much better. He was the only staff member who was kind and helpful though.

Everything else sucked- didnt even get a comforter after numerous requests from the front dear and housekeeping. The rooms were very basic, housekeeping is not offered daily, and I did not feel safe going outside after dark.

The location

The first room was infested with ants. The second room was two queens instead of a king. The mattress was reversed so that it was very hard and plastic feeling. I did not sleep much.

WALLS ARE VERY THIN, SKETCHY AREA, LOTS OF HOMELESS AND DRUGS AROUND HOTEL. BREAKFAST WAS NOT REALLY BREAKFAST. ICE MAKER NOT WORKING. HARD TO FIND AN EMPLOYEE WHEN WE NEEDED CLEAN TOWELS, NO ONE IN THE OFFICE.

I expected low quality bed linens for the price I paid. But stained with holes, ripped curtains, icky lampshades, all could be replaced for limited cost to make it just a smidge better.

The price was great for the stay the breakfast was nice and great they had hot coffee.

Would be nice if housekeeping would supply extra supplies for you when you ask especially if you paid to stay longer.

The cost is pretty good, it is also close to food and several stores and shopping centers.

Some of the staff at the front office could be a little friendlier.they are also doing construction soa heads up would have been appreciated

Exactly what I expected and provided what I needed. Loved the location. Close to restaurants and the freeways. My stay was for several nights and I loved that I was left alone once checked in. It was clean and had all the amenities needed.

Had vertical shades and one was broken, so didn't feel like I had the privacy from the outside. The outside garbage can should have been emptied daily.

Good price. Kind staff. Some good amenities.

Outside door seemed unsafe. Furnishings are old.

For me the location is great for what I need To Do when I come to town.

Every room I have stayed in the shower is terrible. The water pressures terrible, the shower heads are very bad otherwise the room is in pretty good condition.

Good location, clear room, and breakfast included.

Great location, easy access to the freeway.

There was fresh blood stains on the carpet in front of the sink. Poor water pressure. The doors slam when they close which the people next door started at 5:30am. Horrible.

Old and smelly small rooms. Anywhere else might be a better option
