Quality Inn Oakwood

It was clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, hot & filling.

The chlorine in the pool was so strong. I think it would be manageable if there was ventilation.

The room was dirty like the carpets were horrible it was a disgusting carpet

Well the staff was so accommodating to my needs. I am disabled, and a Senior Citizen, and I could not of asked fur better service from all the friendly staff. I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends! I love it!

You have to request housekeeping services if you want daily services - otherwise they provide service every 3 days. Problem with TV - no signal. Maintenance was called to see what the problem was.

Our room was at the back of the property and very quiet.

We had to turn off the A/C, then the room was really "stuffy" during the night.

Liked having a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was comfy once I was able to get into it, loved the shower and the staff were helpful.

It was really difficult getting into bed since the top of the bed was above my waist (I'm 5'2). Seemed like the bed was designed so the maid would not need to bend over in any way. Not too many options for gluten free breakfast.

There was blood smeared on the light switch and lotion bottle

The room was clean and warm and quiet. The beowerd was comfortable . The shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was fantastic.

Bad smells. Outdated but being renovated. Pool and hot tub closed for renovation which I did not see mentioned.

Rooms could use an update, hot tub jets were broken.

I liked that it was near alot of the places we planned to go to.

The room was outdated and the carpet was dirty and so where the bathroom floors and the room over all needs to be upgraded.

The breakfast was great and is served until 10 am.

Must request for room to be cleaned. We asked and room was not cleaned the day we asked. Had to request again for the next day.

It was very well maintained. it is somewhat vintage 80's / 90's but since it is very well maintained I found it to be quite comfortable and relaxing since everything was a time capsule of good qualitty.

I requested room service but did not get the requested service. the staff did bring more towels and shampoo but the room was never cleaned.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Continental breakfast was good. Pool was fun. Will return.

Beds were awesome!

There was a man down in the breakfast area that was harassing guess who was obviously on drugs, but the south to care of it immediately in the cops came and arrested him

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Gym and hot tub were really good.

I frequent this hotel as it is usually the well kept and staff is always amazing. Plus the redone breakfast area is great

The down comforters were ripped had holes in them and stain it was gross

Great breakfast, 24 hour pool, free cookies. Everything was great!
