Where do I begin… they refused to honor the reservation and made me pay an extra 50 dollars.The t.v didn’t work, either did the WiFi or the heat. They were very rude on top of everything else, and it was basically yet another nightmare booking!

Horrible smell. very out dated. Couldnt even stay the night, ended up booking and leaving to another hotel.

Bed bugs no electricity just wretched scam horrible

My daughter was picking her toys off the floor and ended up finding broken pieces of drug paraphernalia! Roaches coming out of the drains. Black mold everywhere. All our stuff smelled like cigarettes because they put us in a smoking unit!

Wifi wasn't available my whole stay 3 nights and 2 days and it had no dish towel

Convenient

I was charged $40 out of the $100 deposit for having my period in my sleep. A bit of blood was on the sheets. With the star rating and location of this motel, those sheets did not cost $40. And could of easily been cleaned.

It was quiet and most of the staff was nice and helpful

I reserved a smoking room but they didn't really have one. And the night staff didn't even try to fix it

On my first night I had to switch rooms because the water in my bathroom didn't work for my shower. People were Extremely Loud till well into 2:00 in the morning so it affected my sleep. My first room smell like smoke even though it was non-smoking.

I liked everything was good and comfortable

The pool was too strong and could only last 10 or 15 min there. Our eyes were burning so bad and making everyone including my kids nephews and nieces and this is the only downside of our experience. Otherwise thank you

The price was fair and the staff did an excellent job

The room was very unsatisfactory.the furniture was falling apart, the outlets weren't next to appliances, the bathroom fan didn't work and was very tiny compared to the last time I paid the same price for a room here.

It is relatively inexpensive and I'm familiar with where it's located. Plenty of parking.

It was very noisy. TV monitor was not plugged in but when I connected the power, I was unable to gain a signal. Required the staff to reset the connection. Then the next morning, the remote would not turn the screen on. So I had no access to the news.

It was convenient for my needs. Laundry facilities available, as well as a grocery store across the street. Many restaurants and shopping areas within a short distance.

People were smoking marijuana right outside the doors and the smell was overpowering in upstairs in my room. Bothe the bathroom sink and tub faucets dripped constantly.

Nothing it was a total mistake going there. Homeless people everywhere at night. You could here the screaming. Was told by reception that it is not safe to leave things out it the truck. Would never go back again.

The whole experience was horrible. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The room was somewhat clean but everything was so old it was a bit musty

Some windows did not have screens. A bit overwhelming smell of cleaning solution.

It was dirty. First room they shampooed the carpet but carpet was sopping wet. Cord to tv couldn¿t reach any of the outlets. The staff moved us to a different room but that room had other issues. Carpet was filthy and buckling from the floor.

That my room was available, and check in was relatively quick.

Everything about the room was unsatisfactory. I was exhausted, so I just slept in my clothes to minimize contact with the bed.

Room smelled. Had to leave window open. Air conditioner over bed. Very derelict costomers.At 3:00 am a homeless family roamed in under our window, decided to have a meltdown, woke everybody up in the building. We keft. No sleep. Never rent here.

Convenience of having a restaurant, cafe, coffee shop, and grocery store across the street. Good location

Wifi didn't work right. They had to give me a cable to connect my laptop. Signal was weak. Owner seems to cut corners on cleaning. Sheets were dirty. Carpet really dirty.
