- Location and old world elegance
- I liked the receptionist that checked me in, she was polite, personable and informative. The hotel is very nice and historic.
- The elegance and charm of the building, the early morning coffee shop in the lobby
Cons -
- The room could have been better, the sheet ontop of the comforter was dirty. The comforter was put on the bed upside down so the tag was up at the pillows and there was mysterious discoloration on all the sheets and comforter. We went to a show at the fox theatre and didnt see how dirty the bedding was until late, should've asked for clean ones but we were so tired we just striped the bed and slept ontop. Pillows were all the same consistency that provided absolutely no support.
- The times of the bar and restaurant were inaccurate on google and we stayed here specifically to have some late night drinks at the bar after a show we attended in town. Google stated the bar closed at midnight but last call was at 1040.
- We were able to check in to one room on time but the second room was not available until 6:30pm. This forced our party to all get ready in one room . When we did get the room one of the front workers apologized and said he would credit our room $100 for breakfast the next morning. That did not happen.
