- Rooms and building interior were clean and in good condition.

Cons -
- NO amenities: room had neither refrigerator or microwave; no continental breakfast; lobby staff were negligent in offering assistance (and did not provide final bill--I had to call for it 2 days later); neighborhood was iffy.
- At no time during our 2 nght stay was the restaurant or bar open. It was snowing as well not great. It should be on site before paying for hotel if restaurant and bar are not open
- Not kid friendly. No refrigerator in room. Wifi was not good, was unable to stream. Bathrooms had a glass shower door but no curtain for privacy. Not practical for hotels as only one person could occupy the bathroom at a time. Parking was very expensive
