Sleep Inn Spokane Airport

It was quiet despite being at the airport. The room was very nice and the breakfast was awesome. The clerk at check in was very nice and very thorough.

The room was welcoming, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered quite a variety of gluten free options. The shower was so amazing. Can definitely understand why this hotel had such great ratings.

It is a little difficult to find the entrance into the hotel from the street and parking was somewhat limited but still very accessible.

Great staff, pool/jacuzzi

Parking

Was clean, well located friendly staff, breakfast/ coffee area clean and well stocked.

It was easy to find, staff was very friendly and it was very clean

The parking lot could have been a little bigger and some EV charging stations would be nice but I would stay there again either way!

Clean, great staff. Breakfast lady was spectacular.

Facility was clean, in good repair and secure. Plenty of parking. Most important, however, were the employees. From front desk to housekeeping to breakfast workers, they were all wonderful, attentive and professional. The breakfast foods were always fresh

Room offered all expected amenities and was nice and clean, free breakfast offered, free airport shuttle available and staff was very professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Guests in room next to us had their tv on loudly all night. Complained to desk the next day and we were moved to another room got an APOLOGY from management and given several free waters, servingware and utensils for our takeout food.

The complimentary hot breakfast was amazing. No one in the pool or hot tub both times we used it

The bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Best of all the staff were helpful and accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer!

It was a little difficult to find the driveway into the hotel. I was thrilled that the hotel had a bath that was longer than most but unfortunately i was not able use the tub since the water kept draining out. Liked the shower just the same.

The staff was very kind and friendly! We were the last check-in for the night staff and they were just as cheerful and kind as if we were the first ones of the day! The hotel is CLEAN! Elevators, hallways, breakfast area, our room. Fantastic!

Close to airport

When I checked into the hotel, I asked the front desk person to place me on the opposite side of the highway. She said she would do what she could. When I got into the room, it was next to the highway. So I had to go back downstairs to change rooms.

Was clean and the staff was nice.

The eggs at breakfast were the worst I¿ve ever encountered. I was a bit creeped out by the trucker parking lot in the back with some guys sitting around waiting for something and smoking. I decided to park on the opposite side

Clean, great beds, wonderful breakfast!

Short staffed¿front desk person was also running shuttle service Location a little out of way

Rooms wear clean check in and night staff pleasant and accommodating. Morning breakfast was good.

Noise level could hear the tv in the next room and the doors slamming whenever someone left a room. The halls smelled terrible like old food and bo both at night and in the am and day could use some kind of air freshener or carpet cleaner something .

Cleanliness

No breakfast and next to a truck stop

It was clean, easy to access from the highway, gas station nearby and quiet.

Although there were signs everywhere saying masks were required, no one was wearing them. I felt like they either needed to take the signs down, or enforce the request.

Comfortable beds, very friendly shuttle service, and rooms were clean and quiet

Quick check in, super clean facility and rooms, comfy bed. Very pleased with this hotel. It will now be our go to place to stay when we travel to Spokane!

Lots of construction all around, but no fault of the hotel.

price

not very clean, stray hairs on pillows and in tub, tub very slippery, no vegan breakfast options, beds VERY uncomfortable.
