Street noise of motorcycles. Hotel cannot control that. I had earplugs.

room dont have cloth set to hang cloths. ... room have tick and small crewing insect around on bath counter area .. face sink big crack in it ... room really bad pet smell . room right in front of traffic light .. you hear all traffic day and night .

Housekeeping staff

Very thin walls. No staff available from 9pm to 9am. No one to handle problems as they come up. Called and asked the manager to return my call. No return phone call. This 2 night stay was a real disappointment to say the least! We won't be returning.

We thought he carpet was a little dirty. Also we were put in a different room than we were supposed to have. The first one was a walk in shower and the one we stayed in wasn¿t. For the price we paid it could have been a little nicer. Needs some updates.

A little pricey

Great location. Nice remodeled room

Not their fault, but Power went out and there was no generator or contact with anyone to check on us. No offer of extra blankets or extra items for warmth. Temperatures dropped quickly in room!

Stayed before, pretty consistent on cleanliness and taking care of things. The worst I could say was the TV or remote weren't working, they fixed it the next day.

Parking can be a little tight for a large pickup, depending on where you are, and one outside step had been repaired but didn't look finished. Still was safe though.

Location was perfect. Super clean, smelled "fresh" but not "chemical". Staff was super friendly and helpful with questions. Easy to find on map, very quiet between rooms. Would stay here again.

Decor was a little darker than I like, but well maintained. No real complaints.

The room was large, the hotel was located close to where I needed to be, the hotel itself was nice and the room seemed to be more updated than the last hotel I stayed in there.

The view from our room was inspiring. We could see both the sea and the mountains from beyond a lovely landscape of grass and trees. We wouldn't have known by our view that this Hotel was near a town center.

An older hotel that is maintained with attention to detail. Very clean, new amenities, tidy outside with no visible aging walls, no spider nests, clean doors with new door mats, bathrooms are lovely with new showers.

Bigger TV's please and softer beds too.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Only thing that would’ve made it better is a freezer and a swimming pool.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room was nice for being a motel-type style. Spacious room. Micro and fridge. Close to some restaurants. Not too far from Port Angeles.

The room was very nicely redecorated, had very nice furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the heating/cooling system worked well and was easy to use. The shower was nicely done. The room was pretty quiet. It was an excellent value for the price..

Shower nozzle was missing its flange at the wall so there was an uncovered opening in the wall. The shower w2ter knob was missing some parts in the center.

The new owners are conscientious and friendly. Many remodeling improvements are taking place. The room was super clean and super comfortable. And best of all the room was warm when we arrived even though the weather was cold outside.

Looked dated when drove up to register but the lobby was nice and the room was spacious, clean with two queen beds. Coffee maker, micro and refrigerator. Plenty of towels.
