The staff! What a wonderful crew. One of the front desk crew, worked so hard and found my gold necklace I lost on a walk outside of the hotel. Everyone was helpful and kind.

It’d be great if it had a pool. But I understand it’s a different style of hotel :)

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Spacious room with a stylish modern aesthetic and very comfortable beds. Hotel is centrally located within walking proximity to many points of interest. Water refill station and onsite dining a convenient plus!

The only thing that we didn't like was that the A/C was constantly running in the room. It would stop for 20-30 seconds and then kick right back on.

Everything was excellent. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Being that it is a new building, it is VERY quiet and you do not hear any neighbors beside, below or above you. Rooms are mini apartments. Location is central to everything!

The older long-haired blonde gentleman that abruptly told everyone the rooftop patio was closed at 10pm. It could have been done with more tact or at least forewarning. 10pm is early to shut down a rooftop where many people were quietly enjoying wine.

the shower was great

1st room was on the 3rd floor, small, really loud ac, road noise, etc. 2nd was on the 9th floor and more the room we expected. No microwave, pool or spa of any kind. Weight room was ok. Seattle closes at 10pm. $60/nite for parking seems excessive

Way over priced. Horrible food. No airport shuttle. No parking. Crap.

Rooms are immaculate with ample space and beautifully designed with friendly service workers.

The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was soft.

The staff were awful. At one point, I walked outside to grab my takeout, and I was the only person in the lobby, so the desk worker saw me walk out, and she wouldn't let me back in.

Location, staff was great. Very clean. Bar actually open late as opposed to the rest of the city which shuts down at like 7pm

Comfortable room with stylish decor. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and storing our luggage until our room was ready.

Overpriced for what it provides, just a clean room, nothing special. Parking was very expensive.

I loved everything about this hotel. Check in was easy and I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was phenomenal, it was decorated beautifully and everything thing was very clean

Everything was pretty modern, really good atmosphere.

The lights in the washroom turn off while I was in there which did not go so well. When people was opening and closing the door in the morning it was very loud and disturbing

They were incredibly nice from the get go. They told us about the private upper floor bar that has an outdoor patio that looks at the space needle and even gave us a15% off coupon. Just lovely with an outdoor fire place.

This hotel was well located and had a very spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom even had a venting fan that actually worked; after a shower, there was no fog on the mirror! Very upscale in all aspects.

The location was fantastic, the room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful...hard to pick out what we liked best.

I wish we had booked the day longer.

It's within walking distance of the pier and Pike Place Market, the staff is great, and the rooms are huge! The amenities are great and the walls aren't paper thin so you can get great sleep at night.
