Quiet, clean and comfortable room

It is Really nice little house that is out of the way enough that you dont have people walking around making you feel uneasy. Its also one of the cheaper spot in town. its 2 min from interstate 5. Management was very easy to deal with over text.

not many things to say bad about this place, however it has no TV but has free wifi, rooms are cleaned at the start and end of each day which means you may have to deal with some noise. Nothing to get upset about

Room was small. Nowhere in the add indicated the living and dining area were shared by 9 other patrons. Check-in information goes to your phone.Calling the person on contact number in the text resulted in a very very negative conversation.Person was rude.

It was very clean and close to where I wanted to lodge. Full Kitchen easy accessibility . I was able to reach the landlord when I got locked out . Good bed Typical bedroom size for a house.Impecably clean good windows

There were 8 guest rooms in the house.I thought I was booking the entire house.Some rooms had shared bathrooms it didnt say that in the booking. It could use a sofa in the common area and some more smaller pots and pans. If someone is cooking -smells

Short commute to downtown and other areas, much lower price than conventional hotels, cleanliness of room and common spaces, quiet, decent neighborhood and ample parking in front.

Could have used an auto-dispensing coffee maker instead of the (clean and new) home style 12-cup coffee maker

Good location and had a shared kitchen.

NOISE!!!!!! Anybody who is up and even whispers you can hear in your room. It was also a very small room and had stained sheets. Would not stay again.
