    Very Good

    Based on 215 reviews

    Pros +

    • The location was great
    • convenient to major attractions
    • Great location near market, bay view, high ceilings. Very attentive staff, easy check-in and check-out.

    Cons -

    • Wrong address was listed. We arrived at the post office around the corner and my family got to see people shoot some drugs in their leg. Good stuff.
    • No A/C. Room was unbearable until 3 am in the morning even with 3 fans going in the bedroom
    • Kitchen not properly equipped; missing cookware, some cookware damaged and needs replacing. Night-club across the street lets out at 2am on Saturdays, incredibly noisy.

    Very Clean, unique hotel.

    Communication was a little slow

Location location location! Most of Seattle¿s downtown attractions were walkable, and the train station was close by for those that weren¿t. We loved being able to pop back into the room to rest for an hour before going out again. Room was cute, clean.

It was HOT. Hard to sleep without any kind of air conditioning, the window opened up to a weird area between buildings that didn¿t allow for much of a breeze. They did provide a fan but we were miserable at night. The box spring was also awful and loud.

The location was great. We rented three units, one unit was great the other two fair, all three were the same price.

Parking was a big and expensive problem. Our car was towed due to confusion over posted signs on the street in front of the building. The cost of this confusion was over $300.00. We rented three units for weekend one unit was much nicer than the other two

Large, clean, spacious apartment with an excellent kitchen. Located very centrally in Seattle. I would definitely stay again.

The location is incredible, almost inside the Pike Place Market. There are lots of things to do around the apartment. The place was clean and nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well.

A lot of noise, especially coming from the alley to where the window of my apartment faces. Bathroom door being inside the only bedroom, so people staying in the couch had to enter the room first.

Beautiful little studio apartment. Near transport and 60 seconds from the Market. Great value for money compared to Seattle's usual extortion.

Unfortunately very little warm water, even when taps were run for 15 minutes to allow the old building to function.

Great value for price and location is great. Close to all the downtown attractions, without being too close to the "dangerous drug addicted homeless".

A little to much Parfums spray in the hallway, not a.big deal that would be our only comments

location is the best , the support team is good always support and reply your email. close to the pike place market and walkable to everywhere. the check in , out was so simple very easy.

However we cannot say that the apartment is new cuz we faced the problem with the water faucet broken during the night we had to let the water runs all night long, the team had tried to help but couldn't unfortunately we had to slept through the water running but it's no one's fault.

    Good Location

The heat was not working properly. When I went to get an extra blanket from the closet it had a very disgusting stain on it. I had to text the "virtual staff" for help, they did not have any other blankets in the building to offer. After a cold night we were looking forward to a warm shower, that wasn't happening either. After no hot water and no heat I was offered a $20 gift certificate, not happy.

there was no breakfast, thats ok, convenient location, modern apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed, easy access with digital checkin and check out

The shower was a little small, other building close to this one, no view,

Super efficient check in process. I was even able to request early check in through their website, which was granted

The keurig only worked half the time and was pretty annoying. We brought coffee to make ourselves but there’s no actual coffee maker, so that stung also

Good location very close to Pike Place Market

Hot water pumping was repaired for too long.

    4SaraPosted on: 2-21-2024

The only good thing was location

There was a problem with the hot water, did not have hot water till the day we left. Asked to extend checkout only an hour, unable to do so!

    8TayPosted on: 2-10-2024

Decorated pretty, the location was amazing and It’s very easy to contact the staff.

The toilet had stains, my drain didn’t drain and it was a odd smell in my Airbnb alone not in the hotel or lobby; very odd.

    9CarlaPosted on: 2-9-2024

good location, so close to the market!

tad too small shower/ no natural light in the flat

    10KalypsoPosted on: 1-22-2024

I love everything about this place!! The kitchen especially is really nice and the location couldn't be any better. The apartments are all so cute, and I love that they're all a little different. The view on street side is ideal.

The air conditioning could use some work, there isn't much you can do in the summertime without AC and the heat doesn't really work in the winter.
