Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Northgate

This is my favorite hotel in Seattle. It is beautiful, the staff are great, breakfast is tasty and lots of choices, easy $20 parking, located near the Northgate Mall, and it is served by several bus lines and the light rail.

No. It is perfect! We stay there several times a year when visiting our adult son.

Location themed needs a new mattress the carpets worn but the price was great also awesome staff.

Clean and tidy even though it's got some age on it. Also, close to the rail line station

Some of the staff were a bit underknowledged, specifically about the rail transit. Asked for information about it (I've never ridden on one before, and she had nothing to offer).

Just that the pool was down but things like that happen. It's nobody's fault.

What I liked best about this hotel is its location, the staff (always very nice and professional), and the rooms.

Our stays are usually superb, but on this instance we were put in a room that faced the highway. The soundproofing of the windows is not ideal, as we could still hear the traffic and this lead to issues with getting to sleep,

Yes someone used my charge card the same week. They charged me twice for the same room. I paid for this reservation 1-24-2025. Not sure what happened but I talk to someone everyday of my trip.

Plumping issues with my room disrupting my sleep; eventually I had to switch room. Staff disclosed that they were aware of the issue from previous complaints but did not take care of issue and did not disclose to future guests when booking rooms.

Staff are wonderful. Pool and Jacuzzi are great. Free breakfast great!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, and the breakfast was amazing.

A minor ant problem in the room, but maintenance came at once to rectify the problem.

Mistreatment by employees

The bed was comfortable.

Lack of customer service, didn't turn the room when requested, was told it was my fault foe using the room when I did, requested a balcony, had to remind them I paid for it, then was place on the lowest balcony floor with a limited view.

Clean rooms and common areas. Nice breakfast. Hot drinks always available. Nice shower with good hot water. Nice toiletries. Comfortable bed. Good thick enough towels.

Disappointed that the pool not open first two nights. Would like sheets to be crisper and top sheet better fitting over the comforter. Thermostat a little difficult to maintain comfortable temperature. Parking too expensive at $20/nt.

Clean and comfortable rooms with secure parking. Conveniently located near doctor's offices, shopping, and public transportation.

They do not clean your rooms daily without it being requested, it should be a daily service. We were not notified of this on check in. We requested extra towels and wash cloths which we received but the dirty ones were not picked up.

Very comfortable beds, great shower supplies: soap, lotion, etc. Spacious room. Generous hangars. Quite and relaxing. A broad variety delicious healthy breakfast each morning.

Did not like the sliding door that covered the closet or the bathroom but never both. Each should have a separate door. Also the door was awkward to move.

Continental breakfast options were basic and could've used more fruit or healthier options.

Staff very rude! just needed Towels and they would hang up phone when i was calling them. Not friendly would just tell me ok when i needed something

Location is great. The beds are sooooooo comfortable. Parking is adequate.

The check-in person took a fair amount of time communicating by walkie talkie with another staff member before acknowledging me and beginning my check-in. She maybe could've asked them to hold on for just 30-45 seconds to get me checked in?
