Could use a update on carpet.
Homeless group in parking lot.
The mattress was awful and the room was very poorly laid out. Not having a door between the bed and sink area, which were very close together, made it difficult not to wake each other up.

Cleanliness and modern feel

Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast buffet consisted of low quality food. Not that much of a variety.

I didn't like this hotel. They advertised king size bed with a view, but all the rooms are the same with no view.

Paid extra for a king sized bed with view and didn't get either.

The room was very spacious and setup in a way that made it feel more like a small condo than a hotel room. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, one of the best I have ever experienced. Would absolutely visit again.

This is about the farthest you can get from the pier and Pike Place Market. It is still walkable, but about 15 minutes on average.

Staff was wonderful

Our 4th floor room faced a noisy, busy street Sirens all night, loud trucks and motorcycles The dinner menu sounded good, but you had to order from the bar.

The location was convenient and the room size was great. Food was great at night but breakfast was spotty.

The front desk was excellent when we checked in, but staff when we checked out was rude and didn't live up to promises set up.

Clean, comfortable suite at good price.

DidnÂ¿t pay for parking as it was expensive. Plenty of street parking on a Sunday night and much cheaper. Hot breakfast was just okay.

Great location downtown. Parking garage. Buffet was open for breakfast unlike other hotels we stayed at on our trip that had packed breakfast. My 5 yr old loved to choose his own breakfast.

I was surprised that we had to pay to use the parking garage but understood. That was my only complaint and that is very small. We enjoyed our stay!

The room was very nice and had everything we needed for a short trip to Seattle. The location was nice but expect that you have to take a bus or walk to Downtown Seattle for 10 min or so every time.

Super unfriendly front desk staff (just one person though) The umbrellas they lend us were completely broken The first room that they assigned us had a clogged toilet. Someone used the bathroom (#2) right before we checked into the new room.

Cleanliness- love Springhill Suites!

Location was good because close to downtown things to do, but hard to get to because of one way streets. We do recommend Springhill Suites, but not this one because of traffic & hard to get to
