1 Hotel Seattle

Location. This hotel is within walking distance to many attractions. It's beautiful and restaurant on site is great. Great service and the food was wonderful.

Location is why we keep coming back. Overall it¿s nice.

There was mold in the shower and the extreme smell of mold coming from the bathroom sink. My husband almost threw up the smell of mold was so bad. Sink needs bleach!

Love the location in downtown Seattle. Convenient to restaurants etc.

Very slow service and check-in. No one outside to park your car. Mold in shower.A woman with access key walked into our room and other rooms as well and wasn't the maid. Need more staff!

Room service breakfast was not quite hot enough both days, though it arrived quickly and tasted good. Room was a bit pricey for the limited view it provided.

Easy access to all of Seattle and fast, friendly, and efficient staff.

Some homeless appear to be living in the area but mostly stay out of the areas used for hotel access.

Location was good

I was confirmed through hotel that I had a king sized bed. When I checked into the room the bed was not a king. Felt more like a full size bed. When I tried to correct it with staff they said they were fully booked and could not do anything.

The people were fantastic, hotel is beautiful and the room was clean and very comfortable.

We called ahead to advise them that our flight was delayed a few hours from Hawaii and told them we would not arrive until 1:30-2 am. When we arrived, the rooms had been cancelled so we had to wait while the staff member re-booked.

The view was amazing of the space needle from our room. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Room service food was not up to par. Ordered the Red Miso Cod and came with fried fish ontop. I was expecting a seared piece of cod. The breakfast was also underwhelming ordered the Benedict with avocado and didn¿t come with fresh sliced avocado. Gross.

Space Needle view room was very well appointed and a great size for a couple. Good view. Quiet. Convenient to south lake union / denny / amazon area.

No major complaints. The shower had a poor design which made it easy for water to leak on the floor. But avoidable if you recognized it. The hotel isn't huge so doesn't have a lot of extra amenities like a pool, etc.

The room was great--good view and the soaking tub was perfect! Staff were friendly, super helpful answering questions, making suggestions, and providing paper plates and utensils for our takeout.

We had a nice view of the city from our room. It was nice to take a bath and look out at the lights,or at least my kid enjoyed it. The staff was amazingly accommodating and went above & beyond to help me when I lost my parking tag. Location was great.

Paying for parking- but you pay for parking everywhere.

The beds are way too hard it was like sleeping on a rock.also the room was depicted as having a window looking into the room and it did not

The location was convenient, but we did not need such expensive real estate! As uncool tourists, we could have stayed in a less desirable location and been just fine. So, ever budget consious, I could only enjoy this wonderful hotel so much. My bad!
