Nice staff and clean rooms. Cool old hotel that has been maintained well.

I didn’t like it because there was no laundry services or vending machines in it.They advertised that there was a mini bar in room but only had water for sale and stuff for coffee.They should’ve had room service were you can order from restaurant to room

Clean, upscale, in a safer neighborhood, but could still walk downtown towards the water under 15 minutes & train nearby too. Pleasantly surprised!

Location, interior design and bar/restaurant attached were all big pluses!

How my money was taken even after I had paid in full, and then wasn?t told about the daily fee until after I called to ask about the $128 charge. I had already had to pay an extra $25 daily fee when I prepaid

Very good service. The hotel has a wood fired grill that makes every room smell like a pleasant wood fire. Loved it!

They only had $60 valet parking, decided to park in the structure next door for $32 a day.

The location is fantstic, the rooms and beds are so comfortable, great coffee machine in room and fantastic staff!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Location is amazing, everything close by. The Rider restaurant was great too.

The resort fee doesn?t include anything. And the restaurant includes 18% gratuity, even if service isn?t great.

Clean, very close to the convention center and surrounding downtown attractions.

Stylish rooms with nespresso machines and fridges. Very cool, updated but vintage-y boutique hotel. Swanky.

I loved the textable concierge

The room seemed kind of dirty. There were coffee rings on the the side table that should have been wiped away before we got to the room.

The location was pretty great because it was near everything!

The room was a lot smaller than advertised online and the elevator was super slow so it was a pretty big inconvenience because my husband has a bad knee to go up and down stairs

Very stylish and arty. Much more beautiful than I expected. The compact room was cleverly furnished to make the most the bathroom especially. The Hotel provides bicycles for your charge. Everywhere I looked at the feeling of luxury yet it was inexpensive.

I wish the room had a chair.

This hotel have lots of hidden charges, not described anywhere

It was really close to Pike’s Market. There were good food choices close to it.
