- The cleanliness and the staff were great. Nice room for the price , perfect location; and literally 10 minutes away from Swedish Hospital.
Cons -

- Staff was completely rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Female day manager was very disrespectful after spending 5 days there. Other than that the hotel smell like cigarettes all around. While waiting for my refund was told to wait outside.
- The walls are thin.
