    Pros +

    • Location was great, fun activities for families.
    • The staff were absolutely friendly. There was games to play for my child. It was very clean and very cute environment.
    • Location was perfect for this price point and staff was incredible!

    Cons -

    • The additional charge after checkin was not worth what they charged. I got some water and a couple cookies and that was it.
    • Parking was a bit of an issue, but we were in an oversized vehicle due to driving over a mountain pass in winter.
    • The bedding accommodations are uncomfortable and just weird. The queen size bed is outfitted with twin size comforters and no top sheet. Comforter can’t really be tucked in and keeps sliding off, we tried putting them sideways across but that was worse.

Central Location. Walking distance to Pike Place Market and Seattle waterfront. Quick access to other Seattle landmarks via I-5 and other thoroughfare. Clean, secure, and comfortable.

My family and I loved everything from the check in, parking, esthetics. amenities, room, covers, distance to outdoor attractions, check out time and the staff was top tier! thank you!

I didn't have one thing we didn't enjoy, it was perfection.

    Very nice modern room

The monorail sistem is just in front of the window. Sleep was impossible

    The Location

The room smelled like Mcdonald?s when we walked in. There were many locals staying at the hotel to party or on drugs. Elevator was dingy , upgrades seemed low quality. I would not choose this hotel in the future.

    1LorettaPosted on: 1-9-2025

    Staff were mostly pleasant

Upon arrival into our room, we found what appeared to be a cockroach in the bathroom tub. We then started inspecting the bed, where we found a dead bedbug beneath the mattress

    8JeremyPosted on: 12-24-2024

The free drink. How easy it was to check in and out.

Yea one of the elevators was down, so it was taking forever to go up and down, there's also no stairs access to the rooms, so even though we were only on the 2nd floor we had to deal with a wsit and crowded elevator every single time.

    8Verified guestPosted on: 10-10-2024

The descriptions of each room were a bit confusing. We thought there would be a mini fridge and there wasn?t, and overall the room was too cramped for more than one night. We would?ve booked a bigger room had we known.

The bedding!! I like the looks, fun vibe

Options for my friends bags when she came in, they gave her a dolly for her to get her bags to her room. There was someone to bring them back down. Personally, I never need or ask for help.

    3Verified guestPosted on: 9-6-2024

It's location. Central to pikes place and the space needle

The night staff being very rude and there were several hidden fees

    4Verified guestPosted on: 7-18-2024

Good view from the room (a high floor).

The restaurant wasn't well run. The check-in took far too long, and there was no clear line. They weren't staffed enough to solve problems or even answer the phone at times.

    6Verified guestPosted on: 7-11-2024

    The location.

The double duvet cover was weird and there were no sheets on the bed which was annoying. If you need something from the front desk you have to go get it yourself.

    6SarahPosted on: 7-6-2024

    It was clean

A few things. I didn't appreciate the extra 'amenity fee' for things that I didn't want. The street was loud. I thought the pineapple motif was overdone. It was overpriced for what it was.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-19-2024

    Cleanliness and friendliness of staff

Hidden resort fee. Should have been included in the booking. Was surprised with an additional 50+ dollars charge. Did not appreciate that.

    10MitziPosted on: 2-29-2024

I LOVE everything about StayPineapple.. except the fact that they NEED MORE LOCATIONS! I will ALWAYS choose this Hotel chain when given the choice. I love the people, the snacks, the cooler with a free drink and free water the whole time- and BIKES!

One of the elevators was really REALLY stinky. Ew.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-28-2024

Rooms/linens were kept very clean, no smells (very faint bleach) no evidence of smoking etc.

Proximity to monorail took a little getting used to (not terribly noisy but would avoid rooms facing)

    9SarahPosted on: 1-15-2024

Staff were friendly and helpful! There are nice little perks like free bottled water, cookies, and 2 drink vouchers.

We stayed in a King-sized bedroom and the bed was awful for my back; we asked to move to two Queen beds and the staff were VERY accommodating and the beds were wonderful!
