    Pros +

    • Location
    • close to UW
    • Loved the bedding, coffee mugs, glass glasses, two sinks, good coffee and k-cup maker.

    Cons -

    • Was told since I was there for procedure at UW medicine parking was free and was charged anyway
    • Double charge the hotel fee. I was charged the hotel fee when booking. When I checked out, the staff said that they didn't received hotel fee (via payment transfer) so he charged me again for $20
    • Extra cost items like expensive parking and breakfast were a bummer. European type single bed duvets were an inconvenient affectation. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Was not informed of additional fees until check in and elevator did not work. We had to walk up and down three flights of stairs our entire stay.

    Clean room, great staff

The shower water was lukewarm. When I spoke with the staff they were unable to fix it. Cold showers are no fun!

    9Verified guestPosted on: 1-3-2025

The room layout, bathrobes and pineapple theme. The complimentary beverages were a nice touch too

We only stayed one night, flew in late but great, attentive, and genuine staff! Hotel was in a great location and the room was nice and clean!

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-6-2023

They give u a free drink upon checkout. That¿s the only good thing about this hotel.

I expected more from this hotel. Staff was mediocre. Felt like I was checking in to a lower end hotel. The lobby was small and plain. Check in time is so late. The lobby bathroom had no ac. Wouldn¿t let me check in early nor do a late check out.

Staff was fabulous, pool was nice and rooms were clean. Location to U District and freeway were great. The staff informed us that there was a hospital rate for people who needed to be at the hospital.

    No problems. All good.

All the staff are amazing. The customer service and attention to detail is refreshing. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. Our dog was welcomed with a bag full of goodies when we checked in.

Affordable and very well kept property. Rooms were nice and cozy yet spacious. Staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful. We will stay here again!

    No longer offer breakfast

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. walking distance to a lot of food.

$50 per night hold charge that isn¿t mentioned until you arrive. minimal parking space.

Loved the pineapple theme thru out hotel, the complimentary pineapple shaped cookies were delicious! The whole place was an experience and I loved it!loved the parking in back also.

No, continental breakfast, that would of sold me every time I came to town!!

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-6-2022

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is convenience.

The outside of the building looks like an outdated motel although the inside was all renovated.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-19-2022

$10 credit on food and drinks.

Very limited selection of food and drinks. Bottled tea, coffee and diet drink would have been nice to have. Assorted tea bags in the lobby area would have been nice because I don¿t drink coffee.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-18-2022

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. We liked the amenities and selection of foods/drinks available. The king bed was very comfortable.

Would like to have the breakfast started again.

    10ThomasPosted on: 5-10-2022

Everything is great! The staff, the cleanliness, the location, it was quiet, everything in the room worked! No complaints whatsoever. Definitely will stay there again when in Seattle!

Parking was a little tight but nothing to really worry about

    5MarvinPosted on: 12-4-2021

    Close to my work location.

My room was never picked up or the trash removed. They advertise a warm breakfast, but the pathetic jerky, cheese stick yogurt breakfast was a bit below the standards for this level of rating.
