Everything! Beautiful hotel, room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to explore a lot of attractions in the city. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Good location and very clean

The hotel accommodations, the fact that we were able to check in early, the room in really pretty and spacious with lots of space to put your suitcases and their content.

I am so sorry to write such a bad review. The botel is super nice, beautiful rooms, super accommodating staff but we were in room 1014 and even if my friend (sleeping on a separate bed at the door side of the room) had decent nights of sleep, I did not. There's a ventilation system on the window side which could be heard and felt (even with my earplugs) when I was going to bed at 10.30PM. Plus in the morning, I could not hope for a sleep in because doors bang really loudly and the cleaning staff can be heard talking from one room to the other. I should have said something but we stayed only two nights and were not in the hotel often during the day. My mistake for taking this to the staff only on departure day but if you're a light sleeper avoid this room. Also if you don't like too soft mattresses avoid this room.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights.

The hotel is very stylish and a great location. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

The location of the hotel is amazing, a few blocks to the monorail, pike place, and the hotel itself has a nice trendy vibe. The restaurant Lola which is located inside the hotel was excellent.. Very convenient location overall and very comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
