Hampton Inn Seattle-Airport

Clean, efficient, room had all we needed for 1 overnight before our flight. Would definitely stay there again.

Stationary shower head, but you find those at 5 star hotels too

Close to airport

The staff and the rooms. Front desk staff was rude when reporting broken refridgerator and broken tea. They acted as if responding to our concerns was an inconvienace. Stayed here twice a week apart and will never stay there again!

Beds moderately comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was helpful.

Stayed on second floor, was told third floor closed for renovations. Our room definitely needed renovating. Shower doors would not stay closed and kept sliding open while trying to shower. Ceiling in bathroom had damage from previous leaks.

Location to airport good.

Parking charge not warranted. Most hotels in area do not charge for parking. They should not. Hot breakfast tasted awful. Oatmeal was decent. Waffles ok. Eggs, sausage, tasted awful.

We were placed in a room intended for the handicapped, without requesting.

I have an accident at the airport and they sent me to ST. Anne Hospital and I call to cancel the reservation and the hotel never did what I ask them to do. The hotel just change me the stay.

Tried to upgrade wifi after selecting free wifi. Manager was completely unhelpful, kept on saying that it was my problem when it was how the website was designed. All I needed was an IT number to reset. Said that there was only one number couldn't call.

I was not allowed to move up my reservation dates, so I had to let me friend go to the room by herself. She got mad I wasn't there and took some one else

Free breakfast, proximity to Angle Lake lightrail station, excellent airport shuttle.

When we tried to no one answered the phone when we called for the shuttle. Tried numerous times. After 40 min we finally reached the hotel. The staff said she had been too busy to answer the phone. We paid for a cab rather than wait 10 more minutes.

Every interaction with hotel staff was unpleasant, borderline rude. Front desk would not answer the phone. This experience will prevent me from using Hampton Inns again.

Super helpful staff at the front desk. Great shuttle drivers and shuttle service.

Love my rooms higher floors quality linens views and excellent service from staff!

Elevator is difficult takes you straight to your room. Ice workout is confusing zee and Ahmed have been helpful but should be easier.

Did not know there was a closet till ready to leave. Maybe pull curtain open a bit so people know.

I¿d feel like my family and deserve credit for future hotel stay. We had 3 day booking and was never notify it was cancelled until we went to checkin. We spent 6 hrs driving all around for a place because you overbooked. That not right and or fair.

Nothing. No one could help me, we had to find our own place and nothing was in our budget we had planned on. My family deserves some kind of credit for this inconvenience and it was day where we were exhausted no hotel were available at our budget. I

The hotel room was very nice. Liked how close it was to the airport, free shuttle bus, and the variety of items on the breakfast bar.

The noise from the airport was overwhelming.

I like being near the airport but felt like the walls were paper thin and planes landing on me all night
