Cons -
- Tried to upgrade wifi after selecting free wifi. Manager was completely unhelpful, kept on saying that it was my problem when it was how the website was designed. All I needed was an IT number to reset. Said that there was only one number couldn't call.
- I was not allowed to move up my reservation dates, so I had to let me friend go to the room by herself. She got mad I wasn't there and took some one else
- When we tried to no one answered the phone when we called for the shuttle. Tried numerous times. After 40 min we finally reached the hotel. The staff said she had been too busy to answer the phone. We paid for a cab rather than wait 10 more minutes.
