Love this location, affordable, cheap parking, clean, good service, safe, free breakfast

I wish there were more gluten free food options and the water got everywhere when I took a shower.

"Free" shuttle bus from the airport is a joke. We followed their pick up instructions to the letter for 3 attempts for pick up, only to have the driver not follow them, an hour later we paid 40 bucks for a 3 mile taxi ride. Staff coul not have cared less

This is a horrible hotel with rude staff

It's loud, people were partying all night and smoking Marijuana which came into my room in violation of state law at a non smoking hotel. I was locked out if my room for an hour and the staff did nothing to help for most of that time. Horrible chair

The staff were awesome. I was frazzled when I arrived and even with a glitch in their room key system they handled check in with professionalism and kindness.

The wet smell our room on the forth floor had water damage in the roof

Nothing understaffed for events that had the place packed. Room was tiny, blankets were stained, and the general maintenance on the room lacked. I paid --- for a 2 night stay and would have been better off staying at a motel 6.

It took me 2 hrs to get checked in so I missed the event I came for one out of the 3 days for my trip. The bed blankets were stained, the pillows were horrible. The breakfast was gross, my sausage patty wasn¿t even cooked and I skipped the watery eggs.

Clean, relatively comfortable

Location is in an area of nearly constant heavy freeway traffic. Great if you¿re headed to the airport, awful if you¿re headed north.

Clean rooms, sound proof room, when asked for room by elevator (senior person) was accommodating, breakfast was fresh and hot. Even though Maid service was explained, when I asked ahead for service, it was done.

Staff at front desk are friendly

The carpets really need to be cleaned. Checked in at 9:30. System was updating and they sent me to an occupied room. That was super emabarrasing. My key cards stopped working twice during my stay.

It was not clean. We found crumbs on the floor of the room, including a chicken bone. Hallways were also dirty.

The staff was nice, always willing to help us if needed.

The shuttle was down, and the washer was down. My trip was 5 days

the employee did the best she could to help us in a very tough situation. She was very friendly and helpful.

we had to wait 45min to an hour in the lobby for us to get our room. We reserved a 2 queen bed room and were given a 1 double bed room. Our heater in room didn¿t work so we were given a space heater since there were no other rooms available. No shuttle.

I was pleased with the care taken to ensure cleanliness amid the current Covid-19 situation.

I look forward to the return of breakfasts served in the lobby.

I was supposed to get a complimentary breakfast and that was the reason I booked this hotel. But I did not get it and end up spending 100 bucks more.
