Was not told about the $250 deposit hold. Also the room I selected for a reason was not available and they did not notify me ahead of time, I booked a certain room for a reason. I would have not stayed here if that room wasn’t available.

It was very quiet and close to the field.

The suites were clean and big, the hotel is tucked back and quiet with limited road noise, the staff were helpful and responsive. Would come again!

Clean, quet, convenient. Nice location. Close to airport, but didn't have to listen to aircraft.

Minor maintenance was needed on the bathroom, the shower curtain rod, No hand soaps at the bath sink. Breakfast buffet was understaffed and ran out of virtually everything at one point because the single attendant could not keep up with the crowd.

Breakfast seating was a little tight during the busy time, but not a major problem. Dining area was still bigger than most.

Huge room, location great for airport, well kept gardens and facilities, Wednesday meal very nice.

Asked whether we could get an early check in at 11.30. Room not ready, which was ok, and understandable. Staff said they would text us when room was ready. They never did. We returned finally, without a txt, at 5 pm.

Fire Alarm in the middle of our stay messed up my meeting and sleep and delayed my schedule

Breakfast is included. The breakfast area is spacious and the decor is pleasant. The food is good too.

It was difficult to know where the entrance was. Poorly lit. Felt creepy. Far from airport. No airport shuttle. Paid a high price thinking it¿d feel safer.

No ice machines - pool & hot tub not working Main thing we're we're upset about was website listed airport shuttle and there wasn't one The staff member we spoke to early on the morning of our check in was very rude and off putting

Thought the shuttle was complimentary and called for it from our ship's dock. Took the shuttle not realizing it was not free and cost us $120 for our family. Great location for the airport but way too far out from Seattle. Better descriptions needed.

Kind and helpful staff

Pull out sofa was so uncomfortable for my son we needed to get an air mattress as an alternative for him to sleep on.

Location close to family

It was not Clean at all had to move rooms bugs on blankets, no cleaning service bathroom door wouldn¿t close unless you lifted it and slam it. Bathroom was filthy.No paper supplies in kitchen . Also, the room had bad odor and beds NOT comfortable at ALL

Good size room

No keys provided due to computer failure. Staff had to unlock room every time we wanted in to our room.
