Room was spacious, comfortable and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with many choices

Was a slight distance to walk to room with luggage and for breakfast. Had 3 adults with canes.

The ambiance of lobby with a double-sided fireplace offered a cozy living room and grand dining room look. The professional office space has a cozy executive feeling that reinvigorates fatigued minds. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. They treat you as if you're an extension of their family. Everyone is so courteous and pleasant. Amazing breakfast with a little variety daily. Efficient services in all depts.

We were in the D building and Hearing the train all night long. Woke us up more than once. Parking options.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Awesome staff! Close to airport and shopping.

Our unit is towards the end of the exit and we hear the door slam every time it shuts. Perhaps a spring that will slow close the door will help.

The room and property were very clean. It was convenient to the airport and interstate. It was quiet. You can hear trains but that’s not bothersome to us.

The sofa is not comfortable. Some pillows for lumbar support would help it out a lot.

Location was great and set back from main road. It was quiet even when the daily trains traveled through. They didn't blow their whistle. The room is separated into living area, bedroom, separate bathroom. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, gel) were nicely scented. Breakfast was good in the selection, variety. Staff kept up with filling the entree dishes especially when several families came in at once. Available parking.

Mattress was not comfortable and made for several morning backaches. Coffee was not the best. Sometimes coffee containers were not filled so had to wait. A/C wasn't working properly and made for warm nights. We ended up moving to another room. When we brought this problem 2x to staff, they let it go for several hours. Third notification is the charm because a second shift staff member fixed the problem. Also, if you don't mind walking up steps to upper floors, then this hotel is for you. However, ask for a ground floor room...... the building didn't have an elevator. I didn't like the unwelcoming persona when we checked in and checked out. A warm, genuine smile and voice goes a long way.
