- Staff
- Lovely and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lots of amenities. Next time I will schedule a facial.
- The atmosphere. The bed, lobby, environment and staff. It was our 1 year anniversary and they brought us ginger beer and cake.
Cons -
- No free coffee ?
- The Urban Experience charges. ??I would rather just know the cost of the room upfront instead of having surprise charges on checkout.
- 2 items. Mini bar completely stocked. Charge incurred if items are moved to make room for restaurant leftovers. Extra fridge cost. A hotel that costs 500 a night should not charge $15 fee for a mini fridge to be sent to the room.
