FairBridge Inn Express Tukwila

It was filthy, there were holes in the wall, the bathroom was moldy and hairy, there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot, the TV didn't work and the staff didn't care about any of it. For almost $--- a night it was a joke.

It was close to my work location.

Dirty. Clumps of hair on the bed, facial hair on the counter, rust-red bloodlike stains on the bathroom door. Dresser was missing a drawer and multiple objects in the room seemed in disrepair. Front desk associate seemed high. No refund given.

There were dirty used towels left in the bathroom room smelled stale and moldy

Beds

No breakfast, no coffee although they had coffee makers , no towels. No amenities at ALL. Grounds are trashy and no one cares. Scum on pond , broken ice machine filthy

Absolutely nothing

I reserved 1 room, a friend reserved another. It was filthy. The lighting above the shower is uncovered and exposed, a clear code violation. Cobwebs galore. No place to hang clothes. Asked for a washcloth and was told ‘I think there’s one in the dryer’.

Most outlets didn’t work, the door was barely latching to its door jam—like it had been broken in before, the blanket was like sandpaper, the fridge was frozen shut, old soap bars in shower, toilet didn’t flush right, tv was inoperable

Very good Customer Service from Damien. Free Airport Shuttle was available.

False Advertising, No Breakfast or Coffee since September of 2025. Needs a major Paint Job.

Did not get an airport shuttle ride from the airport like they promised and had to get a cab

Nothing we got the dirtest room got a king deluxe room for a nasty room never will we ever return take my deposet cause your house keepers dont no how to clesn

Dirty the house keepers take the deposet money cause we dont leave a tip cause are room was dirty before we arived

Hotel staff was great every one but the morning guy will work with on little things that happen

Cleaning could be better like walls and doors other then that just need better deep cleaning

The drive away

The overall experience was lack luster. When we checked in in was ok, when I got to the room it was dirty,and in disrepair. I will not be staying here again.

Proximity to the high way and the city

They only have one set of towels and no wash clothes,the morning staff was very rude.He has very poor customer service skills. They lied about providing breakfast,night staff confirmed the breakfast, day staff rudely says I have no breakfast for you.

No supplies ie cups for coffee, paper towels in main restroom, no breakfast as advertised, manager totally rude, told when we left from 1stcstayvthat even though we would get there early they would be able to get us in room early, check in 3pm, room 4pm

Toilet leaked, everything soaked, blood on front door and bathroom walls, waited 3 days for clean towels on a 5 day stay, wouldn't give change of bedding at all, needed to ask supervisor, no internet what so ever(kids were not happy) tv didn't work

There were questionable stains and spots on the floor, counter, and sheets

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The room was filthy. There was dead bugs under the mattress. Stains on the walls. The door did not shut properly. The floor made my white socks black on the bottom because they do not mop. It was very disgusting. There was not enough parking spaces.

Sorry to say there was nothing to like

Dirty, ran down , staff was rude on check in, staff couud not even get tv working , worse hotel conditions we have ever stayed in

1. Hotel rooms not properly cleaned 2. Stinky smell 3. Stinky bathrooms 4. No towels, soaps in bathroom 5. Very little breakfast options
