We ended up in a wheelchair accessible room instead of the regular king room I booked. We were able to change rooms the next day for the remainder of our stay.

Sofa bed was in need of a new mattress
The chemical smell in the room (cleaning products?) had me vomiting within 30 minutes and was queasy the entire night. Second day was not as bad, I did not have the room cleaned. small cut on leg from portion of the bed frame, insufficient padding.

The staff was outstanding and extremely accommodating.
