Very clean and amenities were amazing

All the added fees for parking plus resort fee

The hotel offered amazing amenities for the price. My family especially liked the karaoke room and game room. The rooms were stocked with everything needed to have a comfortable stay. I would recommended to anyone.

It did take a bit to check in however not more than any standard check in.

It was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask for and more. We were blown away and did not expect it to be that luxurious. We would definitely stay there every time we go back.

Cable wasn’t working in the lounge rooms and we wanted to catch the World Cup.

I found cockroaches in the room

My 2nd time at the property, highly recommend due to the facilities, the amenities and how quiet the rooms are, even facing the main streets.

The outdoor pools are amazing and the staff is friendly and caring. Extremely clean hotel and very modern and clean design with nice kitchens and great lighting.

The mattresses are worn and should be updated with a pillow top at least. The methods of using two pillowcases instead of pillow protectors doesn’t work for allergy sufferers.

Loved the location, quality of accommodation and the gym.

Our room was very well stocked with kitchen items. Room was a good temperature overall. Tub was perfect! Weight room was fantastic!

We needed to use the sofa bed for our adult daughter and it was not very comfortable. The pool lights shone in our room even though there were heavy drapes. Could hear kids running in the hall at midnight Bathroom fan kept going off and it was loud. The pool was nice until people showed up drinking and being quite loud with music.

The water was turned off for over 7hrs and we couldn’t flush the toilet, was our hands, cook, had no running water in the hotel.

I loved Andy he was super sweet at check out he repeated his rundown with everyone with patience and was vey accommodating considering they overbooked me I love hotel and the staff

Location and price were good. Good view, great spot to see the fireworks if on right side of building and at the right time. Amenities were plentiful.

The amenities were too spread out and the place is huge so a lot of hunting and walking to find the pools, game rooms. The hotel room was SO BORING, no personality and beige on beige. It feels more like an apartment for a corporate worker who is in town for a few weeks. As a weekend stay was overkill with the kitchen and dining table.

Amazing apartment and complex overall, fantastic amenities, including the gym, indoor pool, and basketball half-court.

Stayed here as temporary housing. Great facilities like pool and gym. In my rooms, there was a coffee machine and a full kitchen . Great staff and very comforting. The kitchen was the highlight since I’m trying to save money and go on a diet.

Common areas were a bit crowded.

Very nice building. Upgraded, clean, comfortable rooms. Facilities were a great bonus. Loved that the pool felt like a spa. View of Lake Union and the Space Needle from the 3 bdrm suite were stunning. Overall a really nice place!

Staff was minimally helpful and not proactive at all with information. Parking was a PAIN with having so many different cars to attach to the reservation. Room was ready 30 min late at check-in. Elevators are an absolute NIGHTMARE. Waiting 15+ min at times for an elevator. The button system is not programmed for efficiency. Having 2 rooms to get cleaned and checked before checkout, we had to use the 2 separate elevator systems multiple times on checkout morning, and having to wait 10-15 min each time left us checking out almost an hour late.
