Pros +

  • Curtains
  • Free breakfast!! Free walking tour on Sat at 10:30. #free beer Saturday PM! Cool homage to Van Gogh by Jun S on 2nd floor (2006). My bunkmates were a deep sea fisher person from AK, a Finnish snoring beast, a couple from Canada. Very interesting
  • Staff was amazing.

Cons -

  • Maintenance work being done.
  • No shampoo or soap in showers. Only soap is near bathroom sinks & what you find in white bin on wall in hall. Fresh paint in Rm 210, but the 2006 upgrade to the hostel is in disrepair. Sinks are falling off wall -huge liability.
  • steep staircase upon entering building to registration desk.
