    Pros +

    • The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. It was also very close to the Seattle Center (Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, monorail, etc.)!
    • Cute decor, front desk was awesome with recommendations on restaurants and things to do
    • No carpet in the room. Carpets attract lots of dust and can seem clean, but many times they are not. I always check the bottom soles of my slippers before I leave to help determine the cleanliness of floors.

    Cons -

    • Got stuck facing the back neighborhood and experienced loud car noises and/or racing.
    • The room was incredibly dark, even with all lights on. Window faced cement wall. Had to pay 42.00 a night to park in hotel, with minimal street parking. Breakfast items available all at high cost.
    • The $89 fee for amenities was a lot

The staff were absolutely amazing! We came in from a long cruise and were exhausted and sick. Our room was cleaned and readied for us early so that we could rest. They were life savers!

Location and funky atmosphere were great

The $89 fee for amenities was a lot

    Clean and the decor.

Amenity fee. Very nickel and dime. They spring the $35 charge on you when you check in. Beware. Maid service also tried barging in our room at 9am even though checkout is at noon and we had the do not disturb sign on our door.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, close to some fun eating spots, and arena

Spacious, comfortable room, short walk to Seattle Center

In middle of night the HVAC fan got very loud and the lights on the smoke detector started blinking which definitely disturbed our sleep.

Cleanliness and proximity to Space Needle

$30 daily fee. Resort fees are not uncommon but there were not any resort amenities. You are essentially paying $30 a day for access to some cookies and water.

The general Manager was professional and accomodating

A fee was undisclosed up front, but the GM handled it for me like a pro!

Location, beds were comfortable, staff was polite and rooms were great.

    Lack of continental breakfast

    9ColettePosted on: 1-9-2025

Ambience, location, comfort. Very clean. Phenomenal staff!

There were extra charges at check in that I did not expect. Would have appreciated more upfront about costs.

    The hotel Is fine

When they charge me with the daily amenities fee when I checked out without informing us. And they charge you with amenities fee when you only spend the evening there and don?t use any besides tv and bed.

    7Verified guestPosted on: 11-12-2024

Very clean and beds super comfy

The room was very loud. Residents above were loud until 2am I called the front desk but nothing changed. Neighbours had a dog that barked until 1am. The entrance to the underground parking was out our window and the cars were very noisy going into it.

    10Verified guestPosted on: 7-8-2024

Hotel employee at the front desk at check-in was a rock star! She engaged with us and was very helpful with local eateries and other information. Love the elevator entertainment! Housekeeping staff was very polite.

The overnight front desk person (?) should get a little training from hotel employee regarding how to greet guests and to try to be more engaged.
