Met our request for an early check in. The room was tidy, neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheet were soft and cozy.
Even though we had body wash in the shower we did not have hand soap at the sink.

Although the hotel is located close to the city center, the neighborhood is not very good.

The location was convenient to sites we wanted to see. The room was very clean. The breakfast selection was great.
It was confusing how meals were covered by the Booking.com reservation. I had to pay extra $$ for the 3rd adult because it was not calculable with the family meals that were included with the reservation. I didn't find out about the extra cost until check-out time. I don't think I should have paid after being told by hotel staff that meals would be covered by Booking.com.

The front desks, security and staff were friendly and welcoming. There's free Starbucks coffee available at the front desk where you can grab it on the go. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. with soft and clean bedsheet. The bathroom was clean and the hot water in the shower ran well. The location is really close to the underground train stop and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes near by,
The breakfast menu was limited. It was not like what I read in the reviews.The coffee machine in the room should be cleaned regularly. We paid for 3 people but only two sets of towels available in the bathroom.

Great location with easy access to unload your car. With valet, it made it worry and hassle free. Everything was within walking distance. Friendly staff that were accommodating.Easy check-in and check out.

A very clean, comfortable and affordable hotel. The staff are lovely, and we were particularly fond of Omar in the bistro.
Nothing to complain about.
