    Pros +

    • Staff was accommodating
    • The staff was friendly and helpful.
    • I didn't get the experience i was going for. It was our anniversary and i had gotten a King bed with a view. They gave me a room with twin beds. Not what i paid for and reserved. Not very romantic!!!! Asked for some money back, its not my fault.

    Cons -

    • Despite requesting an accessible room, they were not. The rooms were so small that I couldn't move my wheelchair to the side of the bed or into the bathroom!
    • Room was very small, blinds didn?t close all the way, sheet had a red blood looking stain on it and the fridge made noise constantly.
    • Breakfast was a little confusing to obtain but delicious

Decent selection of items available for purchase in the lobby

Hotel staff was absolutely insufferable and rude every single time I had to interact with them. My key cards kept getting demagnetized and the lady who "helped me" was straight up hostile. I've had better service at a truck stop McDonald's.

Newness of hotel. Staff was great.

We should have made reservations for the Altitude bar as it was full the night we were there. However, the hotel manager did take us up for a quick tour the next day it would have been nice to see it at night.

    Modern design and technology

Some noises coming from either neighbors or inside a wall.

Very modern and clean with all the latest modern features you would want.

The Assistant Director or Assistant GM was racist!

    10ShivPosted on: 11-27-2022

The rooms were clean, friendly staff and overall a hassle free stay.

    9JayePosted on: 2-22-2026

New, clean, good cafe and roof top bar, friendly staff.

Rooms are somewhat small, and a little bit generic.

    7PtPosted on: 2-19-2026

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is hard to beat—only a 15-minute walk from the Space Needle. The rooms are cleaner than average for this price point, and having an attached coffee shop is a huge plus on rainy days.

The bathroom lacks adequate privacy. The sliding doors do not close fully, and the floor-to-ceiling semi-sheer window feels exposed, even with the blinds. Adding a second mirror in the main room in place of this sheer window, would be a major improvement to allow two people to get ready at once. If weren't for the bathrooms, I would highly rate this hotel.

The big glass window with a view of the Space Needle

Valet parking was an absolute nightmare, with no available luggage carts. Chair was not as clean as it could be in the room. Found leftover hair in the bathroom shower area and the shower glass was not clean towards bottom. The bathroom door did not provide privacy when in the shower someone from outside the bathroom can look right in. One of the face towels was stained but not dirty. No microwave to reheat food. The room was pretty small (narrow walkways made it harder to get luggage inside. Elevator confusion due to everyone pressing buttons constantly so it kept opening/closing. The wait to check in was long as if they were not prepared for New Years Eve increase of customers. Plus the thick fog that night ensured we couldn’t even see the Space Needle which made me only feel more disappointed as this was the whole purpose of reserving the room. Not the experience I was expecting at all based on the reviews of this hotel.

The location and the hotel food was good

The rooms weren’t your typical hotel experience, it felt like a motel more than anything but I would say it’s still worth it if f you only plan on staying for the night or two

    3LeaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Room size was small, not a great view for the price, linens were rough and shower door didn’t lock

    9MelissaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Very clean and convenient. Staff was nice.Fabulous views. Cheap clean parking in garage across the street (much cheaper than valet parking)

Sadly there is no room service in Sundays
